We can provide sketches and 3D images that will help you visualise your new room and make decisions about the interior design. This is an exciting time for the client and we will make sure that you are completely satisfied with the proposed house extension.

Plan
If planning permission is required for a home extension, we can provide architectural plans and submit these to the authorities in Liverpool on your behalf.

Once you are happy with the drawings for your new extension, DK Building will specify materials and give you a written quotation. We will agree a time scale and starting date and work will be carried out efficiently and professionally in accordance with the schedule and with minimal disruption to the household.

Project manage

We had a great experience with the guys from DK. From the initial consultation with Daniel to the end of our re-build the members of the various teams (electrics, carpentry, plastering, central heating, fitting etc.) kept us updated with developments and involved us in the decision-making process. Overseeing everything was Richard, our site manager, who was always there to help with questions we had about the various stages of the build and to advise on what was best for us. After hand-over, and as we started to use the house again, Marcin was there to make sure any glitches we found were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Thanks too to Rose, Katy and Zaneta in the office who kept track of everything. We'd definitely recommend DK to anyone considering a home improvement project.

If you are looking for cheap, cowboy builders, these are not the right people for you.
