Even if clients are on holiday or abroad, we keep them fully informed through our customer portal, JobTread, which features regular updates and photos to track the progress of the work.

I used Daniel and one of his teams at DK Building to refurb a derelict house I'd bought at auction, into a deliberately basic but clean, dry, warm shared house (HMO), specifically to house homeless people.
I've worked with many builders over the last 11 years and am happy to say that Daniel is one of the nicest and most straightforward builders I've had to deal with. He's scrupulously honest and has a genuine desire to do a quality job.
Daniel is not the cheapest builder, but I've been burnt before by going for the cheapest quote, only to find shoddy work, cut corners, "extras" added on, and delay after delay. Now I have a policy of going for not the cheapest, but the best *value* builder.
I have confidence that if I wanted a job done right, first time, on time, Daniel and his team would deliver, and that peace of mind has a lot of value to me that I'm prepared to pay the right price for. An honest day's work for an honest day's pay, as they say.
I'll definitely be using Daniel again, and am happy to recommend him.

We recently had a downstairs renovation completed by DK Building. This involved knocking through a wall, building a new utility room, new floor, blocking up a door, replacing radiators, and making a kitchen space ready for installers, as well as other numerous smaller jobs.
Throughout the whole process, DK were always professional, punctual, and polite. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they were very flexible when it came to new jobs that came up during the build. For example, they raised our kitchen floor level so it is on the same level as the dining room floor, even though this was not part of the original spec. They also installed our kitchen worktops when the originals fell through and we had to make alternative arrangements. I have nothing but good things to say about them, and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Special thank you's to Daniel and Richard for their fantastic project management, Marcin for his seamless electrical work, Berian for the smoothest plastering you'll ever see, Wes, Kamil and Bart for completing too many jobs to a very high level of quality to mention here, Zibi for doing the worktops (they look great!), Paul and Chris for doing the knockthrough and other work, and to Katy in the office for her excellent organisation and quick replies to emails.
